Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Window
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
2. Large Item Restocking Fee
Due to the size, weight, and specialized handling required for our products, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all "Change of Mind" returns. This fee will be deducted from your final refund total.
3. Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-damaged):

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Recommendation: Because these items are large, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.

Damage in Transport: If the item arrives with obvious damage to the packaging or the product itself, please document it with photos and contact us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a full replacement at no cost to you.

Missing Parts or Minor Damage: If your item is missing a piece or has a single damaged component, we don't want you to have to ship the whole thing back! We will gladly ship you the replacement parts or pieces free of charge to get your item into perfect condition.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
