1. Overview

This website is operated by ACAN LANDSCAPE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ACAN LANDSCAPE. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Freight & Curbside Delivery

Curbside Only: Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are "Curbside." This means the driver will drop the item at the end of your driveway or at the curb. Drivers are not authorized to move items into backyards, garages, or onto soft surfaces (grass/dirt).
Access: You must ensure a full-sized freight truck can access your delivery location. If a delivery is rejected by the carrier due to restricted access (narrow roads, low wires), the customer is responsible for any re-routing or storage fees.

3. Installation & Safety

Installation: ACAN LANDSCAPE provides products only. We are not responsible for the structural integrity of your installation site (e.g., ensuring a deck can hold the weight of a large planter).
Professional Help: We recommend professional installation for heavy or structural items. ACAN LANDSCAPE is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper DIY assembly or ground instability.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ACAN LANDSCAPE, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property during the delivery process by third-party freight carriers.
